Returns:
 Timeframe: 14 Business Days
 After 14 days from original purchase date, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
 Eligibility: Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging.
 If item(s) are worn and/or stained, they are EXEMPT. This also includes accessories and all other products sold purchased.
 Additional non-returnable items: gift cards + canvas art.
 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing speeds vary, please be sure to verify with your banking institution. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
 If item(s) received are defective and/or damaged we will replace the item(s) if inventory is in stock or issue a complete refund upon your discretion. Please send us an email at support@jojoplusfriends.com.
Shipping:
 To begin the return process for product(s) returns, please email support@jojoplusfriends.com.
 
 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that we will receive any returned items from shipping carriers.
